Flowing Together to Bring Healing

The Problem

Over 22 million people have died from AIDS.

Over 42 million people are living with HIV/AIDS, and 74 percent of these infected people live in sub-Saharan Africa.

Over 19 million women are living with HIV/AIDS.

By the year 2010, five countries (Ethiopia, Nigeria, China, India, and Russia) with 40 percent of the world's population will add 50 to 75 million infected people to the worldwide pool of HIV disease.

There are 14,000 new infections every day (95 percent in developing countries). HIV/AIDS is a "disease of young people" with half of the 5 million new infections each year occurring among people ages 15 to 24.

The UN estimates that, currently, there are 14 million AIDS orphans and that by 2010 there will be 25 million.

The Solution

Effective Treatment Linked With Spiritual and Moral Support For Those Directly Affected. This includes not only those with the disease but their families and communities.

Treating the Whole Person

Healing The Nations was established to provide a total treatment program for those living the HIV and AIDS.

HIV/AIDS affects to total person. Not only are there serious physical effects from the disease but the network of human relations and the spiritual life of the individual are impacted as well. Healing The Nations was created to treat the whole person. To provide a pathway towards wholeness: Body, Soul and Spirit.

Healing The Nations uses a holistic approach to meeting the needs of the patient. It begins with the latest medical treatments. These treatments are linked with counseling from qualified personnel that will train the patient in how to avoid contracting AIDS again. Patients will work with spiritual counselors, who will give the patient moral and religious counseling that will further increase the patients’ resolve to remain chaste and train them how to grow in a relationship with God.
