Healing the Nations is no exception in the pursuit of their endeavors alluding to the use of silver iontophoresis as an effective therapy to reduce viral loads. In this respect, progress is very encouraging now that research conducted “in vivo” has shown that the application of the devices has resulted harmless in the study subjects. This month, the study group will present its methodology before the Federal Commission for the Protection Against Health Risks [Comisión Federal para la Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios – COFEPRIS] in order to earn its endorsement to conduct research in humans, whereby they will attest to the benefits of silver in the struggle against this terrible illness which nowadays afflicts more than 32 million persons around the world and which day by day affects women and children of any condition. It is estimated that the studies conducted with people living with the AIDS virus [PPVS] will be launched within two months. Preliminary tests reveal that the devices [used in the therapy] significantly reduce the amount of viral replication. It is important to note that the study is conducted with the participation of noteworthy scientists including, among others, representatives from the leading research organization in Mexico (namely, “UNAM” the national university) who attest to the promising advances that will result in improving the people’s quality [of life]. In the short term, people infected with the AIDS virus [PVVS] will benefit from another alternative giving them hope to lead a life of dignity and quality. However, there is still the huge challenge to eliminate and avoid at all costs any manifestations of homophobia, discrimination and the ill treatment of those afflicted with the misfortune of living with the virus. News Release: March 14, 2008 Morelos México "Healing the Nations USA, Save the Children Inc. USA, with the participation of the Office of the Secretary of Health for Morelos, México, are studying the vast possibilities that silver offers in the struggle against the AIDS and Hepatitis "C" viruses." "Promising research is underway in order to assess the effectiveness of Silver Iontophoresis as a therapeutic means to control the AIDS and Hepatitis "C" viruses by way of reducing viral loads (funded by "Healing the Nations, USA" and "Save the Children, USA" with the participation of Dr. García and with support from the Office of the Health Secretary for Morelos, Mexico); these tests are substantiated in countless citations throughout the worldwide medical literature that consider the successes of the application of silver as a therapeutic method to control bacterias and viruses, among other [pathogens]; testing on animals has been performed and the results regarding the harmlessness of silver iontophoresis are encouraging." "In vitro" tests demonstrate the lethality of the viruses exposed to the ions with the concomitant reduction of its numbers; the process involves emitting Silver Ions in the blood stream by way of a silver electrode." "Research will continue on people living with the AIDS Virus (known by its Spanish acronym "PVV " - People living with the virus) who will be examined for a reduction of their viral load and an improvement in the quality of their life, subsequent to establishing the procedures in question."
